Payment​

A minimum deposit of 15% of the total purchase price is required to secure any reptile.

For freight, we will be in touch with you to organise  a  time and date.

Freight is available for purchases over $500. If your reptile is under that amount please reach out to us first to see if we have available dates of already scheduled freight drop offs and we may be able to offer this to you.

 

Freight costs start at $150.

Refunds

All reptile sales require a 15% deposit, which is non refundable so please ensure you are confident before purchasing.

Due to our strict quarantine and biosecurity practices at Snake Sanctum, we do not offer refunds or return of animal once it has been received by purchaser.

However, if an issues arises on Snake Sanctums end (including availability issues or inability to fulfill the sale) a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit, will be provided.

Reptiles are living animals, and it's the buyers responsibility to ensure they are prepared for the long-term care and commitment required. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind.

Payment Plans

If you wish to have a payment plan please contact us before purchasing on the website to see if a payment plan is possible. You can contact us via the website or at sales@snakesanctum.com.

We reserve to right to say no to a payment plan depending on the reptile and time period.

Once a 15% deposit is paid that deposit is non refundable and the reptile will be marked as sold for you.

Reptiles will not be released until full payment has been made.​

Licensing

Buyer must hold a valid reptile licence and provide these details at check out.
