Freight

We freight to all airports in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, NT and ACT. Sorry WA and TAS.

Freight is available for purchases over $500. If your reptile is under that amount please reach out to us first to see if we have available dates of already scheduled freight drop offs and we may be able to offer this to you. Freight costs start at $150.

 

Once you’ve purchased your new reptile, we’ll be in touch shortly to organise travel dates or discuss pick up options.

 

Freight is available via Qantas or Virgin to your nearest airport, there your animal can be collected from the freight depot. We usually try to freight on a weekend however some smaller airports may only have flights on weekdays. 

 

We take the process seriously ensuring your animal arrives in the best condition. Our Reptiles are in the air for the same time as if you were to fly to a destination, though timing is important. If your reptile has recently eaten, shipping may need to be delayed until the following week. This helps avoid unnecessary stress or a messy surprise upon arrival. Same goes for all extreme weather conditions. Excessively hot or cold weather will be avoided until temperatures return to normal. 

 

We freight all our reptiles in strong, escape proof containers to ensure your reptiles arrive safe, healthy and comfortable.
